Anonymous:  How do I start lifting? Has It done you good? I'm slowly putting on more weight and I want to do something but I just don't know what, so I thought I'd try lifting

My boyfriend is seriously into powerlifting and he knew I hated cardio so he suggested it. He helped me so much with my form and what felt comfortable. I also love the idea of being strong and powerful.
